Hello, I am Katie.

Thanks for stopping by to meet me! For those of you that don't know me, I am a mom to 2 and a "he-he" to 2 more! My daughter is an avid horse lover, and has 4 horses, 1 goat and an Australian Shepherd of her own. My son is into Basketball and has recently found the love of power lifting. He has started to do powerlifting competition!  

iThe "little's" are to little to be into anything at the moment! However, she likes horses like her big sister and the little guy loves "broom-broom's" (monster trucks)!

I love to be outside. Summer is my favorite! Although, Fall is a close 2nd (other then it gets colder and darker) My favorite movie is Dirty Dancing, and I've probably seen it 500 times! (maybe not quit that many, but you get what I'm saying lol)

More about ME: I have always had a soft spot for photography! It has been a hobby for a long time. I never thought I was "good enough" I was always the one "behind the camera" My hobby turned into a passion, when a friend one day asked me to snap some photo's of her and her daughter! Soon after that my husband bought me a camera for Christmas (well lets be honest here, I went and bought it, and he got to claim it as a Christmas present from him...lol)

From there, I did some more research, taught myself alot of what I know and how I operate today!

After I posted several images online, I kept getting inquiries from others to take their family photo's as well! From there I started 'KJD Photography' in 2012. In January of 2018 I started offering Boudoir, and named my page, '4 U Boudoir'.

In January of 2019 I overhauled EVERYTHING! I changed 'KJD Photography' to 'In the Moment Studios' and '4 U Boudoir' to 'The Private Collection'! These names just seemed to flow better!
